SuperNutrition is small family owned and operated vitamin company located near downtown Oakland and Bart. We sell to health food stores around the country. It is a casual and sometimes hectic office environment, but we are relaxed and have fun too! We are currently looking to fill several separate positions, please read carefully to respond correctly to each.


CUSTOMER SERVICE / ADMIN

We are looking for someone to manage day-to-day administrative activities, projects, and staff within our customer service department in our Oakland office.  This position requires experience working in an office setting, preferably in a marketing and customer service capacity.  Management experience is preferred.

We would strongly prefer candidates with some knowledge of or experience in the field of natural health, but we are most concerned with working with a dedicated, independent, and energetic person.

We are a casual and fun office, which is sometimes hectic and requires an organized and motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task, anticipate needs, and produce quick results.

Daily responsibilities include various administrative duties, sales calls to health food stores, answering technical questions about our vitamins, and coordination of the daily activities and projects of a small staff. Special projects include support for new literature production and distribution, tradeshow and travel arrangements and coordination, reports for outside sales staff, support to senior sales staff and overall project coordination in a variety of areas. Other job requirements include good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and excellent phone skills including a pleasant phone voice.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE – FLORIDA (ideally located in the greater Ft. Lauderdale area)

SuperNutrition is a family owned and operated vitamin company located in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years. 

We are looking for a sales representative to service existing and new health food store accounts throughout Florida.  Sales representatives provide in-depth sales, ordering, merchandizing, and demo support to accounts throughout the territory.  The ideal candidate will be centrally located in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale metropolitan area, but will travel regularly to other parts of the state.

This is a full-time salaried position with full medical and dental benefits, 401k, PTO, holidays, and sick leave.
