The Men's Blend was designed as a daily nutritional support formula for all men and does not include ingredients like saw palmetto that may alter healthy metabolism. Saw palmetto is valuable for medical and therapeutic uses because it can reduce dihydrotestosterone1 activity in the body. However, it may also interfere with normal testosterone2 activity3, which is not desirable unless there is a specific medical need.
