I started using them in high school, however I would use them only when I had a big event to get ready for such as track and field, bodybuilding shows, dance show or basketball games. "I started taking the PreNatal Blend in April after a series of early miscarriages. I thought if I was trying to conceive a healthy baby, I should start with better nutrition.
